Spring Grove Homecoming 2007

On Friday, June 22, we took the stage in the Spring Grove Fest Building as part of the decennial celebration, Homecoming. It has always been a dream of mine to return to my hometown and play. The night turned out to be everything I could hope for. I will be forever grateful to those who worked to bring the band back and to the amazing people who stuck around to party with us. You will not find better people than those in Spring Grove.

Thanks to Dean and Jen Ellingson for planting the idea of us coming home; to Dawn Hansen for starting the ball rolling; to Mary Walker for hashing out the details and making it actually happen; to Jim Busta and Joe Deschler for making arrangements for equipment; to Interstate Sound of La Crosse, for the incredible sound and lighting, and amps/drums; to Mayor Don Vesterse for his support and enthusiasm; to the Homecoming Committee who supported bringing us back to play; to Jim Ronan of D.A.S.Y Productions and "Swingin" a.k.a. Big Dick Stephenson, for the press and photos (and enthusiasm); to my friends and family, who cheered us on and who I never got to spend enough time with; to all who came to the show and made the night one long party; to Greg Ardinger, the most gracious host ever; to the town of Spring Grove; to Dave Shafran, Fab Rodig and Casey Jones ("the band") for rockin and rollin.
